What is Our Return Policy?

"Dailyplaza" commits to satisfy our customers with our products and service. For the same reason, we have a very flexible return policy. You may return, unopened, unused items sold and fulfilled by "Dailyplaza" within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). In other cases, shipping cost will be deducted.

Do we have refund policy and how does the refund process work?

In case of receipt of damaged items, please contact us by email(service@dailyplaza.com)/phone within 24 hours(perishable goods)/7 days (non-perishable goods) of your receipt of the product. Once we have received your complain, we will advice you future course of action for your return/refund.

How can I open an account with Dailyplaza.com?

After you add the items to your shopping cart, you can create your own account (using a name and password) and can then use the same account for future purchases.

Do you deliver flowers/cakes to India, if we place an order in the US?

Yes we do provide this service. We fullfil orders internationally. You can place an order from any country to the countries where we provide services. Each product specifies the country to which it can be shipped. Right now, we ship gifts to USA, India, UK, Australia, UAE and Canada.

Where do you deliver within India?

The products are deliverable anywhere in India. For selected products, serviceable areas are mentioned in the product description.

How does the new online payment system work?

We will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card at the point of purchase online. If there is a problem securing this authorization you will be notified on the spot and prompted to use another card. If we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be completed and transferred securely to us. Your account will be charged in 24 to 48 hours. We use industry standard security and payment gateway solutions. dailyplaza.com does not rent or sell information they receive from web orders or e-mail registrations to third parties.

How can I change the details of My Order?

You can make changes to your order till the time order is in processing status. For this, you can either login to your account at Dailyplaza.com or you contact our customer service on phone or via email. Once the order status is set as InProgress, no changes can be made to the order.

How do I correct the information that was incorrectly entered?

Simply go to My Account and click on Edit User Profile, then make the necessary changes.

What if I want to exchange my purchase?

"Dailyplaza" makes it convenient for our customer to exchange the items also. If you received an item and you want to exchange, please call us and we will take care of it.

Perishable products and food items are not eligible for returns.
